We had a crawfish boil in April for friends and Liz Ann's side of the family (locals) as we usually do in the Spring. We boiled about 250 pounds of crawfish and untold amounts of potatoes, corn, garlic and onions. The weather cooperated and we had a beautiful day. (But forgot to take pictures.)
5/26/2016 Another crawfish boil 2 days before the wedding gave Greg's side of the family a chance to meet Steven's fiancee, Emily and some of her family. Greg's brother Mike and his family flew in from California and his brother Patrick and wife, Cris came in from Georgia. Liz Ann's long time friend, Mary Eby and her husband made a special effort to come in early for the wedding in order to make the crawfish boil. And it was Mary's birthday!! Which was, sadly, forgotten (at least by us) in all the excitement. Sorry about that, Mary.
